It is often justified by the advocates of psychiatric drugs that the debilitating effects experienced by the victims of psychiatric drugs are only the side effects of these drugs and that they have a therauptic effect in the patients. This is not true. The reaction experienced by the patients are not certainly the side effects but the real effects of the poisonous chemical substances. Psychiatric drugs work by impairing the brain and this crucial fact is clearly explained by Dr. Peter R Breggin in his famous book “Brain Disabling Treatments in Psychiatry”. To quote Dr. Breggin, “The first brain disabling principle states that as soon as toxicity is reached, the drug begins to have a psychoactive effect that is it begins to affect the brain and mind. Without toxicity, the drug would have no psychoactive effects.” He continues: “The public is told that a great deal of science=e is involved in the prescription of psychiatric drugs, but this is not so given that we know so little about how the brain works. The knowledge that we do have about the effects of psychiatric drugs on the brain is largely limited to test tube studies of biochemical reaction utilizing ground up pieces of animal brain"
One can find multiple justifications for the marketing and consumption of psychiatric drugs. But no justification can nullify the hazardous effects of it. Harming people in the name of healthcare is a great crime and psychiatry is a perversion of medicine and violation of the Hippocratic Oath of the doctor ‘DO NO HARM’. Prescribing psychiatric drugs as it is done today without arriving at a reliable Psychodiagnostic profile is criminalization of medicine and this should be controlled by appropriate laws in a civilized society. All psychiatric drugs are known to produce long lasting damaging effects in the brain and personality of emotionally troubled people. This is unquestionably documented with factual evidence by Dr. Peter Breggin in all of his books. He says “All bio-psychiatric treatments share a common mode of action – the disruption of normal brain function. Bio-psychiatric treatments have their therauptic effect by impairing higher human functions. All bio-psychiatric interventions cause generalized brain dysfunctions. The mental and emotional sufferings routinely treated with Bio-psychiatric interventions have no known genetic or biological cause. Individual Bio-psychiatric treatments are not specific for any particular mental disorder. Higher mental, psychological, and physical are impaired by bio-psychiatric intervention as a result of generalized brain dysfunctions as well as specific effects on the frontal lobes, limbic system and other structures. Sometimes there is a lobotomy like indifference to self and to others that I have called d de-activation”

Virtually every emotion experienced by a human being -- sadness, grief, anxiety, frustration, impatience, excitement -- is now being classified as a "mental disorder" demanding chemical treatment (with prescription medications, of course).
The new, upcoming DSM-5 "psychiatry bible," expected to be released in a few months, has transformed itself from a medical reference manual to a testament to the insanity of the industry itself.
"Mental disorders" named in the DSM-5 include "General Anxiety Disorder" or GAD for short. GAD can be diagnosed in a person who feels a little anxious doing something like, say, talking to a psychiatrist. Thus, the mere act of a psychiatrist engaging in the possibility of making a diagnoses causes the "symptoms" of that diagnoses to magically appear.

Unglestore Guttersthwaite I'd like to know if anyone has attempted to invoke common law, in the face of the mental health act. For anyone unfamiliar, an act and statutes are not a law, an act requires the "person". A person is not a human, a person is the strawman created at birth, ie. the birth certificate, the person is always written in CAPITAL LETTERS, which is how the capital (state) does business with you. The system relies on you not knowing this, and uses devious tactics to get you to consent at times when it wants you to. For example if you are arrested the police officer always says "do you understand", this does not mean what you think it means, it means "do you stand under the law?" So under common law you can turn up to the psychiatrist with your birth certificiate and say "inject that", that is your patient
Unglestore Guttersthwaite OK, to update you on my situation: We had an appeal against my girlfriend's Community Treatment Order (CTO) on the 6th April, a tribunal at the mental hospital, 4 hours of hell. It failed. To top it off, her injection of 400mg of toxic posion aripiprazole (abilify) was due immediately after the tribunal. She managed to delay it until the following day after being chased down the corridor by the psychiatrist and social worker. Broke down in tears outside the hospital, psychiatrist smiled menacingly as he drove past. The following day, she fobbed them off again until Monday the 11th, saying that she had been given some work and that was more important. At noon on the 11th we left Luton airport and arrived in Latvia that afternoon, missing the injection. We spent a few days together in her home country staying at her mum's. I left her in Latvia on the 17th. All her stuff is still in her flat in the UK. I have the medical notes, which are a total stitch up, a directly framed attack on the individual. I have her statement which she read out at the tribunal, the truth about what she has actually been through, debunking the nonsence on the medical notes. I have the entire tribunal secretly recorded as an mp3 file. I have a girlfriend in Latvia, getting better by the day, as the poison wears off. I have proof of the entire stinking corrupt ordeal. What next? Daily Mail? Could this be the straw that broke psychiatry's back?
